The U.S. Department of Commerce has granted Trade Fair Certification to SoGeCos of Milan, Italy, to organize the official U.S. Pavilion at Cosmoprof Shanghai, Shanghai, China, January 15-18, 2008. While Cosmoprof Asia in Hong Kong continues to play the role of powerhouse for the international beauty industry in the overall Asia continent, Cosmoprof Shanghai has been acknowledged, after its successful premiere in 2007, as the regional extension of the Hong Kong event. Cosmoprof Shanghai 2007 featured 341 exhibitors and more than 13,000 attendees.
